• Do not upload malicious code or use the Service to distribute malware.
• Do not use the Service to store or process data you do not have the right to store.

2) Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue.

3) Your data and content

You retain ownership of data you input into VetAssist (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process User Content only as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

• You confirm you have the rights and permissions to store and process the User Content.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of User Content.
• We may remove or restrict access to content if required by law or if it violates these Terms.

4) Fees, subscriptions, and payments

If the Service includes paid features, pricing and billing terms will be shown at purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play Billing) and are subject to their terms.

• Subscriptions (if any) renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled according to the platform’s refund policies and applicable law.

5) Updates and changes

We may update the Service to add, change, or remove features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

VetAssist is a workflow and record-management tool and does not provide veterinary medical advice.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY/REGION], without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are based in the Philippines, you may set this to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
